Derek Broaddus had just become the senior vice president at his insurance company, so he and his wife Maria were looking to buy a new home to move into with their three children. They finally found their dream home and purchased it on June 6th, 2014. It was located in Westfield, New Jersey at 657 Boulevard. Although letters started showing up in their mailbox saying some very odd things. The Broaddus’s realized that they had a stalker on their hands.
